TO PLACE AN ORDER
If you would like to place an order, please go to the Place An
Order
page on this website. Complete the order form and click
the Submit Order button. As soon as we receive your order, we
will contact you to verify the details. At that time, we will
also email you an invoice for payment. All payments are handled
through PayPal to insure you receive the highest level of security
during the payment process. However, you are NOT required to
have a PayPal account. Paypal will allow you to make a payment
on the invoice you receive from us without having a PayPal Account.

The following methods of payment are currently accepted
by Leave The Light On Creations:

Check (contact us to discuss this option futher)

PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION
Please make sure to check your spelling and punctuation!
Cards will be printed with the EXACT spelling and punctuation
listed in the order form. This also includes all capitalization!

If using a Monogram....
Please list the monogram on the order form EXACTLY the
way it should look when it is printed. Please list the
First
Name Initial FIRST,
the LAST Name initial SECOND,
and the MIDDLE Name Initial LAST.

For example, if someone was ordering cards to be printed for..
Anne Elizabeth Smith

then the monogram would be listed on the order form as...

PHOTO INFORMATION
If you would like to include a Photo (or more) on your Invitation,
Birth Announcement, or Holiday Card - please note this in the
"Special Instructions" section on the Order Form located on the
Place An Order page of the website. All cards can have photos
included at no extra cost!

Once you have placed an order and noted that you would like to
include pictures, then please email us the pictures at:

Please send the photo in a JPG file format!

We can accept any photo filesize, so please do not feel the need
to resize it. We will make any adjustments to the photo that are
needed. These adjustments include: resizing, cropping, color
adjustments, and touch-ups.

If you have any special requests as to how you would like the
photo(s) arranged, please include these instructions in the email
containing the photo(s). Also, if you would like a Two-Sided Card
and want to include photos on the back, please let us know
which photos you would like on the front of the card and which
ones will go on the back.

ORDER SAMPLES

Once we have received and verified your order, we will promptly
begin putting together some samples for you. These samples will
be sent to you as screenshots via email. At this stage, we ask that
you proof the samples and make any changes you wish. You can
change colors, design elements, fonts, design arrangement,
text...anything! We will update your samples with your changes
and resend them to you. This process will continue back and forth
until you have tweaked the cards to perfection! Once you have
them exactly the way you want them - we will mail you a final
printed sample. This will give you a chance to have the product
in hand for final approval. You can touch it, feel it, see it - and
make sure it looks EXACTLY like you envisioned! We will then wait
for your final approval. Once you give us the "go-ahead" - we will
begin printing! Typical turn-around time for printing is 2 days. Once
the product is complete - we will ship! We typically use U.S. Priority
Mail for shipping. If you prefer something else, please just let us know.

If you live in the Metro Atlanta area, we have alternate local
delivery options that we will discuss further with you upon
order completion.

FULLY CUSTOM DESIGNS!!

All designs are 100% customizable! We are a company
that specializes in custom design. You can order from
one of our premade designs - or you can request a design
be made especially for you! Just Contact Us and let us
know what you need. We will work with you to create the
perfect product for your special occasion!

See a design you like, but want to use alternate colors?
We can do that! Just let us know the colors you prefer
to use and we will make the changes. If you just
wish to change the colors or fonts of an existing design -
there will be no extra charge for this.

Have an idea of what you want already in mind but don't see
it here? That is perfectly fine! Send us an email explaining exactly
what you are looking for, and we will work with you to create
a "Custom from Scratch" design and make it exactly what you want!

If you wish to create a "Custom from Scratch" design -
we can do this as well. This "Custom from Scratch" design
service does require a nominal fee. It is $20.00 and
compensates for the time spent creating the design.
